Meet The Team
Robert D. Williams is the founder and president of Love3 Products, Inc. He is a successful real estate developer, tech entrepreneur, and international wholesale merchant.
Upon completion of his undergraduate studies at Florida A&M University (B.S. Civil Engineering), Robert received a commission in the United States Navy as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Officer. While in the service of his country, Robert was an engineering division officer and participated in several strategic deterrent missions in the Atlantic Ocean. His final assignment was as an Individual Augmentee at the Combined Joint Taskforce Kabul, Afghanistan where he served as Chief of Staff for Commanding General Karl Eikenberry’s Political Advisor. Robert received a Joint Commendation Medal for his efforts in Afghanistan and was Honorably Discharged in 2007.
At the completion of his military service, Robert obtained his commercial general contractor’s license and founded an Atlanta based construction firm. They successfully completed government, commercial, and multifamily projects. He soon transitioned into real estate development and obtained a portfolio of affordable housing multifamily communities.
Through his real estate development endeavors, Robert realized the need to develop a product-based business that would provide capital for future developments. He began trading emeralds from Colombia South America and frozen foods in Sierra Leon West Africa. He quickly realized the vast opportunities within the global supply chain and decided to fully immerse himself in it. Robert relocated to Southeast Asia and began developing consumer product lines for the American market. The mission of Love3 Products is to spread love throughout the world by providing premium quality products, excellent customer service, and fair pricing. Starting with our leadership team and transcending all aspects of our company, we lead with love to better serve our customers and the greater community.

Damon A. Brooks is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Love3 Products, Inc. He has over 24 years of professional experience in affordable housing development, consumer products wholesale, and leadership training and development.
Damon proudly served his country via the United States Army and received an Honorable Discharge after 20 years of service including 2 combat deployments. His business acumen and expertise have been developed in the classroom, military, church, family, and battlefield. These combined experiences have given Damon a genuine desire to care for others and is summarized by his personal motto, “Love God and Love people”.
Damon is an active member of the Hardin County community where he resides with his wife and their multi-generational family. He is the Founder and Pastor of Road to Heaven Ministries, member and treasurer of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated local Ft. Knox chapter, an American Red Cross volunteer, and he assists with a variety of other community services and outreach organizations.
Ryan Richards is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Love 3 Products, Inc. He is a dynamic entrepreneur whose journey from humble beginnings to success is a testament to hard work, resilience, and innovation. Born and raised in Trinidad, Ryan embarked on his American dream at the young age of 20. Armed with determination and a thirst for knowledge, he graduated from St. Benedict’s College, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.
Upon arriving in the United States, Ryan took on various service industry jobs, including roles as a waiter, shoe salesman, and gas station attendant. Starting at the bottom, Ryan quickly worked his way up ranks. By adding value at every level and mastering the science of business operations, Ryan found himself at the helm of his first multimillion dollar enterprise within 3 years of his arrival. Minutes from the bustling Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport, Ryan developed a vast network of athletes, entertainers, politicians, and business mavens. His reputation for excellent customer service and seamless execution has made him an invaluable asset to our leadership team.
Ryan leveraged his experience and network to expand into the residential renovation and repair industry. He founded his first company in 1999 and continued to flourish maintaining his excellence in customer service and seamless execution. With the birth of his daughter, he became acutely aware of the lack of superior products tailored to women of color. Determined to fill this void, Ryan embarked on a new venture, forming a partnership that would lead to the creation of Love3 Products—a testament to his commitment to inclusivity and empowerment. Today, Ryan Richards stands as a shining example of the American dream in action. His journey from dishwasher to successful entrepreneur is a testament to the power of perseverance, adaptability, and unwavering passion. With each endeavor, Ryan continues to redefine the boundaries of possibility, leaving an indelible mark on the industries he touches and inspiring others to follow in his footsteps.
